Five orders of membership. Each carries formal titles, defined privileges, specific obligations, and the weight of service to humanity.

Order I | By Invitation Only

The Founding Order  F.O.H.A.I.

The Honorable [Name], Member of the Founding Order

The supreme membership rank. Lifetime appointment by unanimous invitation of the Executive Council. Reserved for individuals of extraordinary standing whose intellect, moral authority, and demonstrated commitment to human welfare make them indispensable to the mission.

Dues: Waived. Term: Lifetime. Privileges: Permanent seat in the General Assembly, eligibility for Chair and Secretary General, standing invitation to address any body, authority to propose constitutional amendments, highest classification access, Founding Order Seal.

Order II | Limited to Founding Period (24 Months)

Founding Members  F.M.O.H.A.I.

[Name], Founding Member of the OHAI Council

Those who answered the call before the framework was complete. Lifetime designation. After the Founding Period closes, this rank is sealed permanently.

Dues: $2,500/year (first 3 years waived). Term: Lifetime. Privileges: Permanent voting rights, Executive Council and Domain Committee eligibility, on-chain authenticated insignia, permanent Founding Members Roll.

Order III | Nomination or Endorsement Required

Senior Fellows  S.F.O.H.A.I.

[Name], Senior Fellow of the OHAI Council

The working backbone. Domain experts, policy architects, and thought leaders who do the detailed work of drafting regulations and shaping governance.

Dues: $5,000/year ($2,500 academic/non-profit/gov). Term: 5 years, renewable. Privileges: Voting rights, Domain Committee Chair eligibility, Executive Council election eligibility, policy proposal authority, closed-door forum access.

Order IV | Open Application

General Members  M.O.H.A.I.

[Name], Member of the OHAI Council

The broadest rank. Professionals, practitioners, and advocates who form the foundation of the Council's legitimacy.

Dues: $1,000/year ($500 academic/non-profit; $250 early career). Term: Annual. Privileges: General Assembly observer status, working group eligibility, published reports access, conference invitations, advancement pathway to Senior Fellow.

Order V | Open Application

Associate Members  A.M.O.H.A.I.

[Name], Associate Member of the OHAI Council

Students, emerging professionals, and civic advocates. The future of this institution.

Dues: $100/year (waived for students). Term: Annual. Privileges: Educational resources, conference invitations, Associate Working Groups, mentorship pairing, advancement to General Member.

Institutional Membership

Institutional Patron

$50,000/year

GA observer representative. Up to 5 summit invitations. Institutional Patrons Roll. Priority compliance guidance.

Corporate Sustaining

$25,000/year

Up to 3 conference invitations. Published standards access. Corporate Sustaining Members list.

Academic / Non-Profit

$5,000/year

Research resources. Up to 2 event invitations. Co-sponsor eligibility with Domain Committees.
